Random Thought Of The Day

Wow, it seems like forever and a half since I last posted on here. Let's see, what's been going on?

- Justified is awesome, as I'm currently working my way through the first season.

- I'm excited for opening day, and have no idea who won the Final Four.

Plus, I will be starting a new feature on the blog soon: Movies I Love! Pretty self-explanatory, as I go on a nerd rant as to why the movie I've selected is great. I was thinking about doing Movies I Hate as a counterpoint, but decided to keep it positive.

Also coming soon; the very first edition of Useless Trivia Presents.

Random Thought Of The Day

While I'm glad True Grit is nominated for a few Oscars, I get a bad feeling that it will be overshadowed by other films.

However, it's pretty much a win-win, although the people I want to win(John Hawkes, James Franco, Hailee Steinfeld, etc.) may not.

Ask Useless Trivia!

This question comes from Carl: Is David Bowie a stage name?

My answer: Yes. His real name is David Jones, but he changed it to avoid confusion with Davy Jones from The Monkees.
